Welcome to Seneca. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seneca website located at seneca-lab.com (the "Site") and any services, content, and features offered by us (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service

Seneca is a simulation engine designed to help creators and founders analyze and prioritize their business ideas (the "Platform"). The Service currently provides information about the Platform and allows you to sign up for our beta waitlist.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

Beta Waitlist and Future Access

By signing up for our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from us regarding the development of Seneca, including notifications about the launch of our beta program. Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee you access to the beta program or any future services.
If you are invited to participate in the beta program, you acknowledge that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The beta service may contain bugs, errors, and other problems.

User Content

When you use the Service, you may provide us with information, including your business ideas, strategies, and related data ("User Content").
You retain full ownership of your User Content. We do not claim any ownership rights over the ideas or information you submit to the Platform.
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your User Content. We will only use your User Content to provide and improve the Service, and we will not share your specific, identifiable ideas with any third party, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Seneca and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Hungary and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems or networks.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute business, financial, or legal advice. We make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any simulations or analyses provided by the Service.
You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seneca, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service and your use thereof. In no event shall Seneca be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
